Effective Manager Series

Our 8-module program based on Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership Model helps managers learn the fundamentals of being an effective manager. Apart from the skills that will be imparted (e.g. Delegation, Conflict Management), the core of the program lies in helping participants understand their ROLE as a People Manager. We use assessment tool as well as well-researched models to help them understand themselves better as a person, and be able to play their managerial role to the fullest effectiveness. There will be inter-module assignments that will be given to participants, and we will review with them their learning after each module. Our review focuses on the practical aspects of learning, not just the theoretical part. Participants learn skills and how to utilise management tools to get results through strategy and execution.

This skill-based program imparts on participants essential coaching skills, with coaching practices and role plays that enhance practical coaching. Leaders will learn how to identify employees for coaching, and the fundamental skill sets and mind sets that are crucial for them to be a coaching leader.

Participants learn to use the A-C-S Coaching techniques, skills in coaching for performance, to bring out the best in people.

Possible Targeted Audience: Managers and Leaders leading a Team for results.

This program helps build influencing skills, were participants will learn how to plan their influencing strategies, and apply assertive communication techniques in their day-to-day work so as to achieve maximum results both at work and in sales. The program will also cover how to influence key stakeholders (customers, bosses, peers etc.) at work effectively and avoid some common communication pitfalls.

Possible Targeted Audience: Mid to Senior level Managers and Executives, Sales and Service Staff

This EQ-based program helps participants understand themselves better, and understand the people that they deal with at work. It covers emotional management, enhancing empathy, and managing conflict at work. Participants learn to navigate their relationships with key-stakeholders at work so as to avoid work derailment, and bring about better motivation and performance. This program is beneficial for employees who are in constant intense working interaction with others where relationship is a key factor to work success. The ability to manage relationship effectively and emotions constructively will create a motivating work environment for all.

MATE program takes the participants through the stages of team development, and the roles that leaders play at each stage for optimum results. Using the Tuckman Team Development Model, participants learn to apply the right leadership behaviours for ensuring effective management of team dynamics that bring about best team performance.
